Exchange Policy

Our exchange process applies under the following conditions:

  1. The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
  2. You provide proof of the issue, such as unpacking videos or images of the product.
  3. Once your complaint is registered and communicated to the courier service, we will arrange for the product to be picked up and a replacement dispatched within 7 working days.

Please note:

  • If the specific product ordered is unavailable, we will provide alternate options for you to choose from.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds are not applicable under this policy.

Refund Policy

  • No returns or refunds will be issued if the product received matches the website description and is delivered in perfect condition.
  • A change of mind is not a valid reason for a return or refund.
  • Promotional and discounted products are not eligible for refunds.
