Exchange Policy
Our exchange process applies under the following conditions:
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
- You provide proof of the issue, such as unpacking videos or images of the product.
- Once your complaint is registered and communicated to the courier service, we will arrange for the product to be picked up and a replacement dispatched within 7 working days.
Please note:
- If the specific product ordered is unavailable, we will provide alternate options for you to choose from.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Refunds are not applicable under this policy.
Refund Policy
- No returns or refunds will be issued if the product received matches the website description and is delivered in perfect condition.
- A change of mind is not a valid reason for a return or refund.
- Promotional and discounted products are not eligible for refunds.
